The owner has BSL level 2 (British Sign Language) and although she does not get the opportunity to use it very often (so may be a little rusty) she is sure that if you are a BSL user you will be able to understand each other. |

The Kensington is located close to beautiful Peasholm Park, which is in the North Bay area. The North Bay has a wonderful sandy beach which is loved by all ages. The picturesque Blue Flag bay sees the ruined Medieval Castle standing 150ft up on the headland towards the south and to the north stands the popular Sea Life Centre with large tanks displaying marine life, underground viewing tunnel and hospital for rescued seals. Nearby are the Indoor Bowls Centre, the cricket ground, the indoor swimming pool, and Hollywood Plaza Cinema.
From the North Bay you can walk or take an open top bus around the Marine Drive at the foot of the Castle hill to the South Bay were you will find the famous Spa Complex, the Futurist Theatre, the harbour and amusement arcades.
The house is a 10-minute walk from the town centre where you will find a varied selection of shops, including the Brunswick shopping centre. There is a good selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs. The Stephen Joseph Theatre is also within easy walking distance.
